Action Steps
Read all the way through once and then go back through again but this time, using the End Goal Worksheet, make a list of all the End Goals that you need to accomplish for this lesson to be considered complete.
Once you have your End Goals pinpointed, expand each one out using the Performance Goal Worksheet, to help you identify the action steps you need to take to accomplish each End Goal.
Next, if you haven't already done so, watch the Workflowy video above and consider using Workflowy to build out your processes. Workflowy is an excellent tool to help keep you organized.
Lesson Notes
The process of building your tenant/buyer list can seem overwhelming at first blush but in reality, there are not a lot of details; it is pretty simple when you map it out.
Just take each step (End Goal) and flush it out one at a time and it will all make sense.
Remember, like anything you do for the first time, it take practise and repetition to master it. Once you master it, it will be incredibly easy to automate the entire system if that is what you choose.
