The first call is used to determine if they are a fit (Are the OUTCOMES they need inline with what we can help them with?) and the second call is to get to the details of working together.
Your questions will get more specific the more calls you do.
Don't be afraid to have calls with people even if you don't think they are a fit; it is good practise.
