AFTER reading these FIRST STEPS and BEFORE you start anything: Please fill out the form at the BOTTOM of this page to book your kick-off call with me.

On this call we will review your financial goals vs your current situation. This call is private between you and me and will not be shared in the class. Please bring any financial information you have such as recent credit card bills, mortgage information, other debts and your current earnings; you do not have to share anything you don't want to but the more I know the more I can help you make a solid plan of attack.

Under "TRAINING" you will find all of your course materials including support videos sample contracts and PDFs. Each week is unlocked 7 days after you start the current week's lessons you are on. Once you have finish a lesson you need to mark as complete to proceed to the next step. You can always revisit your lessons but you cannot skip ahead. You must take your time to understand each lesson thoroughly. 

PLEASE, PLEASE, print off a copy of the lessons as you go so that you always have a copy, and take lots of notes from the videos as well as the live classes.

At the bottom of each lesson you will see Action Steps and Lesson Notes. Be sure to read them for information you need along the way... especially Week 4 Lessons where I remind you to buy your much needed amortization calculator. This calculator is a very specific one and you will need it to calculate whether the property you are looking at, will profit you according to what your goals say you need.

They are a family run business and the contact I use. If you want to buy it else where you can do so but be sure to ONLY get the CANADIAN Qualifier Plus IIIx. If it isn't Canadian you cannot switch back and forth from US to CAD.

Please read through all of the materials in the order as I have laid them out for you so they make the most sense. Be sure to take notes and write down your questions as you go so we can address them when we meet live.
